Redocor AI ("we", "us", or "our") is an AI floor-plan and room design platform. You can upload a room photo or supported layout reference, choose a room type and style, and generate an AI interior design concept. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Redocor AI.

Information We Collect

1. Account information — Your name, email address, and authentication details when you create or use an account.
2. Design inputs — Room photos, floor-plan references, instructions, room types, and styles submitted for generation.
3. Generated designs — The AI images created from your design inputs and the related design history saved to your account.
4. Usage and credit data — Generation activity, credit consumption, plan information, and account actions needed to operate the service.
5. Device and technical information — Browser type, device type, operating system, approximate network information, and diagnostic logs.
6. Cookies and preferences — Cookies or similar technologies used for authentication, language, theme, security, and essential product preferences.
7. Payment information — Billing and transaction information handled by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Information

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Redocor AI.
• Send design inputs to the AI providers needed to generate requested room concepts.
• Save generated designs so signed-in users can view and download them later.
• Manage accounts, credits, subscriptions, payments, and transaction confirmations.
• Send service notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Room Photos and Design Inputs

Your uploaded photos and layout references are processed to provide the design features you request. We do not sell your room photos or use them for unrelated advertising. Design inputs may be transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure providers as necessary to complete a generation request. Please do not upload images or information that you do not have the right to use.

Generated designs and their basic metadata may be saved to your account history so you can view and download them later. To request deletion of account data, design inputs, or generated designs, contact us at the address below.

Sharing of Information

We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with:

• AI infrastructure providers — To process image and layout generation requests.
• Payment providers — To process purchases, subscriptions, and refunds.
• Authentication, storage, and email providers — To support account access, file delivery, and transactional communication.
• Service providers and advisors — Where needed to maintain, secure, or improve the platform under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Legal authorities — When required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, or our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain account and transaction information while your account is active or as needed for legal, security, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. Generated designs and related history are retained until you delete them, request deletion, or close your account, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Redocor AI is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in jurisdictions where that higher age applies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
