Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Redocor AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Description of the Service

Redocor AI is an AI-powered floor-plan and room design platform. It lets you upload a room photo or supported layout reference, choose a room type and style, add optional instructions, and generate a visual interior design concept. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident. You must be at least 13 years old, or the applicable digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos or other content that you do not have the right to use.
• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.
• Use Redocor AI to generate content that infringes another person's intellectual property or rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass usage limits or security controls.
• Use automated access in a way that interferes with the service or other users.
• Resell or sublicense access to Redocor AI without our written permission.

Your Content and Generated Designs

You retain ownership of the photos and instructions you submit ("Input"). You grant us a limited license to process Input solely to operate and provide the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use the AI-generated design concepts created from your Input ("Output") for personal or commercial purposes.

You are responsible for checking that you have permission to use Input and for reviewing Output before relying on it. Redocor AI does not guarantee that Output is unique, accurate, buildable, or suitable for a particular property.

Credits and Subscriptions

Some features require credits or a paid plan. Credits are consumed when a generation request is processed. Subscription plans renew according to the plan terms until cancelled. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in an applicable offer. Current plans, prices, and credit amounts are shown on the pricing page.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We may change prices or plan contents with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect payments already completed. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any applicable taxes.

AI Design Disclaimer

AI-generated designs are creative visual suggestions, not professional interior design, architectural, engineering, construction, or safety advice. They may contain errors in dimensions, materials, lighting, furniture placement, or product availability. Always verify measurements, structural conditions, local requirements, and product details with qualified professionals before renovating or purchasing.

Intellectual Property

Redocor AI, including its software, interface, visual design, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our service to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redocor AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from decisions made using an AI-generated design. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or abuse the service. You may stop using the service or close your account at any time. Provisions that should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new revision date. Your continued use of Redocor AI after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
